2019 Trends at September 30, Single Family Homes
North Orange County activity is very healthy with homes selling in a very reasonable time but not too quickly. Months of Inventory on hand is well below 2, showing we remain much deeper into a Seller's market than last year as a result of lower inventory and higher sales. In general, you can see how 2019 has been much healthier in the second half and is trending well for the fall months.
